Dr. Uttam Kr. Baruah has been working as Assistant Professor in Commerce, Darrang College, Assam-INDIA since 1999. He is a post-graduate in Commerce (1995) and has received Ph.D.,Degree from Tezpur University in 2009. He has to his credit research papers, books, a large number of seminar papers besides conducting of sponsored research projects.
