Autorenporträt
Dr. Margaret Kerr lives and works in Scotland. She worked as a medical doctor and researcher for 10 years before retraining in psychology, psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to health. She has practised as a therapist for 20 years, and also works as a mountain leader. She runs outdoor mindfulness and nature connection retreats in Scotland. As well as her therapy work, she is a practising artist and works in post graduate study at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee. The focus of all her work is on helping to deepen our connections with the rest of nature. Dr. Jana Lemke lives and works in Berlin. She trained in psychology and consciousness studies and worked for several years in research, particularly on mindfulness and the human experience of the rest of nature. She wrote her dissertation on Solo time in nature and trained as an outdoor process-facilitator and systemic therapist. She works as a therapist and co-developed art- and nature-based courses and materials on the significant process of becoming a mother. Jana's passions are working with women and exploring the transformational power of connecting with the more-than-human world.
