Finally, the selection criteria tenants for landlords and landlords for tenants were varying from person to person.

F. Kassa was born in Ethiopia on 4.09.1975. He holds Bachelor degree in Geography and Master degree in Geography and Environmental Studies particularly in Regional and Urban Planning (RUP). Now Fekadu is a student in UNISA for PhD in Transport Geography and a lecturer at Arbamnich University in Department of Geography and Environmental Studies.
