V. Livshitz, nascido a 01.02.1946. Vive em Natzrat Ilit (Israel). Licenciado pela Faculdade de História da Universidade Pedagógica Estatal de Mogilev e completou os seus estudos de pós-graduação na Universidade Estatal Bielorrussa. D. em Filosofia (PhD). Autor de 80 livros sobre filosofia, a história da educação agrária, a academia agrária Byelorussian, a cidade de Goroki, e os judeus da Bielorússia. Membro da União dos Escritores da Bielorússia.
