John E. Spillan is Professor of Management and Director of International Affairs in School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, U.S. Dr. Spillan has written four books and several articles on International Business, Global Supply Chain Management, and International Marketing in various academic journals. He has been a guest lecturer in Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala, Mexico, Spain, China, Germany, Finland, and Ghana. Jase R. Ramsey is Associate Professor of International Business at Saint Louis University, U.S. Previously, he has worked as Professor of International Business and Coordinator of the Center for International Business at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) in Brazil. He has published numerous articles on doing business in Latin America and is currently a visiting professor at FDC.
