The homo neanderthalis serves as a generator and reservoir of the emerging viruses. The archaeal RNA viroids hybridize with human genomic elements and gut viruses to generate emerging viruses like COVID 19. The archaeal endosymbiont of homo neanderthalis synthesizes digoxin from the isoprenoid pathway. Digoxin is the Neanderthal evolutionary hormone. Digoxin is a small molecule that can act at the RNA level splicing, cutting and editing RNA and can destroy the COVID 19 per se. Archaeal induced Warburg phenotype can generate stem cells. The stem cells are protected from immune attack and the archaea generated viruses can survive in the stem cells. Thus homo neanderthalis with its archaeal endosymbiont generates the COVID 19 but also synthesizes archaeal digoxin which can inhibit and keep the virus from killing the host. The homo neanderthalis serves as a superspreader of COVID 19 to homo sapiens which become extinct. Homo sapiens can use digoxin as an anti-COVID drug and a high fibre diet to inhibit archaeal and COVID 19 replication. Neanderthal substrates, endosymbiotic archaea and archaeal digoxin are markers of COVID 19 resistance.
