It represents the main categories of innovation and presents a new category of them according to the scholar's opinions. Moreover, it examines the general and functional managers' point of views regarding their opinion about the most important knowledge management areas in the innovation processes.The results presented the first and most important knowledge management area is human resource management.

Matina Ghasemi es doctora en Gestión del Turismo. Su formación es en Ingeniería de Materiales y Gestión de Proyectos. Su principal experiencia laboral es en proyectos EPC. Está certificada como PMP por el PMI y su máster es un MBA en las áreas de estrategia y marketing.
