Insurgence outbreak of pest and diseases, health hazard for human being and altogether a global threat to food security has been one of the draw break of Green Revolution. The objective of this book content is to identify the adoption, rejection and discontinuance factors among the user and non-user of Neem Kernel Aqueous Extract (NKAE) along with their knowledge and technology gap. The study was conducted in selected Block and district of West Bengal. The data has been collected through personal interview method. Different Socio-economic and Psychological factors have been selected as independent variables. Whereas inventorizing bio-pesticide; Knowledge and Technological gap; Performance of NKAE is dependent variable. Data were collected through structured Schedule and analysed through appropriate statistical technique. The results show that the farmer's different socio-economic factors have clandestine interrelation with the knowledge and technology gap and also with the performance of NKAE. Although NKAE plays a vital role in agricultural sustainability and a good proposition for well off farmer, for the poorer it is still to achieve in the most convincing way.
