ROBERT MILLER is the Founder and President of the Miller Group LLC, a Specialized Office Leasing Firm providing Leasing Information and Consulting Services to Atlanta Property Owners. Robert possesses over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, office leasing and property management. Over the past five years, Robert has negotiated office leases representing three million square feet and $10 million in value. He has been involved in the acquisition and sale of office, industrial and retail properties. He also represents a wide variety of small business owners including doctors, dentist, chiropractors, attorneys, insurance and financial planners. Robert is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. He has been designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation held by only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners, and Real Property Administrator (RPA), the designation awarded property managers who have demonstrated excellence and experience in real estate management in both the classroom and business world. As President of The Miller Group, LLC, Robert oversees daily operations of the Property Management and Landlord Leasing division consisting of approximately 405 tenants and 750,000 square feet of commercial office buildings. He is directly responsible for marketing, leasing, budgeting, investor reporting, staffing, and policy and procedure implementation.
