As a result of a successful interaction of these factors, a well-defined neighbourhood can promote strong neighbourhood relations. This book first investigates the traditional and contemporary neighbourhood concepts and then analyses three neighbourhoods of Gazimagusa in order to reveal the interface between the built environment and neighbourhood concept.
