Autorenporträt
Author Harley Gamble is a native North Carolinian who now lives on a Georgia barrier island with his wife Annette and their 13-year-old Lab-Boxer mix, Maggie. There Harley writes and exercises a healthy respect for honesty and truth as he plies the storytellers' art. Where a sculptor uses a hammer and chisel to create three-dimensional art, works with definable physical dimensions, Harley does not. His hammer and chisel are a vivid imagination, a computer keyboard, and an in-house editor-critic, his wife Annette. These tools create understandable motivated characters, realistic settings, and gripping descriptions of stressful conditions.
