Conscious of the greatness of Nelson Mandela in the scene of the history of Africa, also of its demarcation in the African leadership, we developed the fifteen lessons drawn from the life of Nelson Mandela by Richard STENGEL.The development of these lessons of STENGEL aims, in a first time, to enrich the stock of knowledge on this great figure to the person of leader Nelson Mandela, in order to expressly exhibit our assent to see to be taught the greatness of Mandela in our schools as model of Leadership. In this book, it is developed the qualities of a leader, practical advice to lead, and exercises to change.
