Arindam Biswas is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture and Planning, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India. Tetsuo Kidokoro is a Professor at the University of Tokyo, Japan. Fumihiko Seta is currently an associate professor at the Department of Urban Engineering (DUE), School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo, Japan.
