Reports of human development index, Transparency International and others constitutional institutions are showing low performance or poor development. So I thought that I have to study the Nepalese civil service employee personality traits, Job satisfaction and job involvement level. The sample population for the study included a total of 300 officials belonging to civil service group. The primary objective of this study was to investigate about the personality traits, job involvement and job satisfaction level of the civil service employees. I have to share my research study all over the world because it may be useful for knowledge to concern researchers, students, scholars, planners, general reader and thinkers as well. It will be helpful who are curious about employees of Mount Everest & Buddha born country, Nepal.

He earned his Master degree in two subjects; Psychology (1995A.D.) and Public Administration (2012A.D.) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and PhD (2016) from Pacific university, Udaipur, India.
