Autorenporträt
Dr Frank Fabri is a researcher and has published extensively in the areas of school networks, networking, and training and development needs. The author has a range of experience in education, is member of the Educational Leadership Council (Malta), and a member on the Board of Governors at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology.
