This research work examined network resources, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance; a case study of First Bank branches in Ogun State Nigeria. The population consists of two hundred and fifty (250) staffs of the company, while the sample size comprises of one hundred and thirty seven (137) staffs. The study utilized a descriptive research design. However, the study adopted questionnaire as a reliable source of data collection, whereby primary data was used to elicit respondents' opinions on the research topic. More importantly, the findings revealed that the relationship between network resources, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance was investigated using correlation and regression analysis. Preliminary analyses were performed to ensure no violation of the assumptions of normality, linearity and homoscedasticity. It is concluded that network resources and dynamic capabilities have a statistically significant effect on organizational performance; while network resources do not have much importance on organizational efficiency likewise do dynamic capabilities have much importance on competitive advantage.
