Lusheng Miao: Born in 1978, received a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2010 from French South African Institute of Technology (F¿SATI) at Tshwane University of Technology. Since March 2011, he has been with the same university as a Ph.D. student. His research interests are in the field of wireless ad hoc and vehicular networks.
