Francisco Sierra Caballero  is President of Unión Latina de Economía Política de la Información, la Comunicación y la Cultura (ULEPICC) and Coordinator of Technopolitics Consortium of European Unión. He is also Professor of Communication Theory and Director of the Interdisciplinary Group of Studies in Communication, Politics and Social Change (COMPOLITICAS) at the University of Seville, Spain. Tommaso Gravante  is Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in the Sciences and Humanities (CEIICH) at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
