Il Dr. Ashvin Wagh è professore associato presso il Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University Dental college and Hospital Navi Mumbai. Ha conseguito l'MDS in Chirurgia orale e maxillo-facciale sotto la guida della dottoressa Jyotsna Galinde. L'anestesia locale è spesso un argomento trascurato, per cui ha deciso di pubblicare un libro a beneficio degli studenti universitari e delle scuole di specializzazione.
