Ken Kappelmann is a fantasy and suspense author with award-winning book series in both genres. He began his writing career in 2014 releasing the first book in the Hidden Magic Series, The Return of the Dragons which won numerous awards with the completed series winning more than 10 awards with the last book, The Dragon Oppression being released in 2020.His newest series, The Tomas O'Malley Series, features a longtime Chicago homicide detective solving some of the most twisted cases imaginable.Ken has lived in 6 states and 2 countries and currently resides in a lake community in Minnesota.
