Steven Knowlton is Professor of Journalism at Dublin City University in Ireland and has taught journalism ethics and skills courses at the university level for more than 30 years in the US and in Europe. He was formerly a reporter, photographer and editor at daily and weekly newspapers across the United States. His previous books include Moral Reasoning for Journalists: Cases and Commentary, Second edition, with Bill Reader (2009) and Fair and Balanced: A History of Journalistic Objectivity, with Karen Freeman (eds., 2005).
