We will analyze the processes of corporate communication innovation in expansion on new markets adapting to modernization processes through a more creative, cross-media and efficient corporate communication by communicating to customers a project that represents the unique value of the brand by studying a communication that is adaptable to different cultural contexts. The second aspect will be the analysis of the processes of renewal of the language of the executive class (storytelling and chat bots) to crossmediality with a focus dedicated to 'iter that the company can follow to relaunch its brand on social networks and that with the challenge of globalization is adapted to the new market of communication.
