Dr. Jordi Faig-Martí ist seit 2004 orthopädischer Chirurg am Krankenhaus Sant Rafael in Barcelona, mit besonderem Interesse an Gelenkersatzoperationen an Hüfte und Knie, aber auch an der Lendenwirbelsäule. Er wurde 1992 als Arzt zugelassen, ist Facharzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie und erwarb 2003 einen Doktortitel in Medizin und Chirurgie.
