Dr Samantha Velluti is Senior Lecturer in Law at Lincoln Law School. She has researched extensively in the area of EU governance and constitutionalism and the Open Method of Co-ordination in the context of employment, gender equality and migration. Her current research focuses on the relationship between New Governance and EU constitutionalism and law, gender mainstreaming, gender equality and migration. Recent publications include: Gender and the Open Method of Coordination. Perspectives on Law, Governance and Equality in the EU (Ashgate, 2008) co-edited with Professor Fiona Beveridge, Liverpool Law School and Gender and Migration in 21st Century Europe (Ashgate 2009) co-edited with Dr. Helen Stalford and Dr. Samantha Currie, Liverpool Law School.
