Luiz Sampaio Athayde Junior, di Bahia, nato a Feira de Santana, ha un Master in Amministrazione / UFBA, è studente di Master in Astronomia / UEFS. Laurea in Contabilità e Amministrazione, Laurea in Matematica, anche laurea in Fisica / UFBA. Professore presso l'UNIRB, è professore di matematica nella Scuola Elementare II e nella Scuola Superiore presso la Escola Dom Pedro I.
