In that sense, the meaning of the topics that are processed in the work is useful, objective and of great interest to the managers from different levels, in order to gain a competitive advantage.The paper presents a sublimate of the behavior of the organizations in the Republic of Macedonia and how they are confronted with the competition. Elaboration of issues related to competitive advantage provides a direction for how organizations can achieve their goals.

Katerina Kareska è nata nel 1984 a Prilep, dove vive tuttora. Lavora presso l'Università "St. Kliment Ohridski" - Bitola, Istituto Scientifico del Tabacco - Prilep, R. N. Macedonia, come professore assistente - ricercatore associato.
