Michael D. Rashkin, JD, LLM has been practicing tax law for over 40 years and in addition is an author of several well-received tax books. Most of his practice has been advising high-technology corporations and is the designer of the Apple tax strategy that has received so much attention. Mr. Rashkin has testified several time before Congress with regard to improving tax incentives for high technology companies and has been praised for his insightful testimony. He has written the New Mexico Personal Income Tax Guide because of his love of New Mexico and because no such guide exists, before this one.
