I am a doctor of science, a professor. Born in Georgia, the city of Gori on August 18, 1944. In 1963 he graduated from high school with a silver medal and entered the Georgian Polytechnic Institute. In 1973 he defended his candidate's thesis, and in 1982 his doctoral dissertation in Moscow.
