Adambarage Charles Wimal Lalith De Alwis was born twenty fifth of November in the year nineteen sixty three and he got education at prince of wales college in Moratuwa. Subsequently he obtained his Ph.D from theUniversity of Bombay in India in the field of elementary particle physics.This book is dedicated to his mother late P.G.N.S Samarawickrama.
