Rezensionen
"The Chapters furnish valuable theoretical perspectives with empirical evidences from across developing countries of African extraction. ... The logical flow and clarity, coupled with contributors' attention to explicating issues in detail makes reading comprehensible - even to laymen. Given its in-depth analysis of a diversity of public sectors, it undoubtedly makes valuable contributions to theory and practice, and as such remains relevant a reference for academics, policy makers, civil society and stakeholders, policy makers and students ... ."
