Autorenporträt
Born September 10, 1947. In 1965 graduated Rilski Aviation Technical School. From 1968 to 1986 worked in the Department of Civil Aviation of Magadan. After completing studies at Leningrad Academy of Civil Aviation since 1988 has worked as Professor of Management at the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
