Roxan O'Brien, author of Colored Pencil on Copper Jewelry, has been creating jewelry for more than twenty-five years and is a well-known teacher at workshops and festivals. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen and exhibits her work at fine art and craft shows. She resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
