DR. PHILIP JOEL MACUGAY, a licensed nurse-midwife, Clinical Nurse Educator, Researcher, and Panel discussant, both in the academe and industry. He earned his PhD in Development Administration & MA in Nursing in Philippine Christian University, Bachelors degree in Nursing in St. Joseph's College. Presently working as Assistant Professor in Ethiopia.
