Dr Cameron Holley is an Associate Professor at UNSW Law and is a manager of the Connected Waters Initiative Research Centre, UNSW Sydney, a leader of the UNSW Global Water Institute and a member of The National Centre for Groundwater Research and Training. Dr Darren Sinclair is a research fellow at the Australian National University.
