Road construction projects form a significant part of the entire construction sector, holding immense potential for the country's economy. This study assesses the impact of road construction projects on economic performance, using the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority roads project as a case study. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of Tanzania's largest national conserved areas, playing a pivotal role in the country's tourism. In the NCAA, road networks constitute a substantial part of the infrastructure, and it is recognized that there is still much to achieve by appreciating the extensive network extension of NCAA.
