This study investigates the leadership style of selected Nigerian leaders from 1966 through 2014 by examining the leadership attributes of each of the leaders such as Yakubu Gowon, Murtala Mohammed, Olusegun Obasanjo, Shehu Shagari, Muhammadu Buhari, Babangida, Sanni Abacha, Umaru Yaradua, and Goodluck Jonathan to explain the effect of each leaders attributes and leadership styles.
