Dr. Moses Adekunle Omoniwa is a seasoned author of many publications. He holds a Ph.D in Public Admin., member Nigerian Library Association and a Chartered Librarian. Dr. Omoniwa served as Deputy University Librarian at ABU, Zaria from 1992 ¿ 2005 and has been the University librarian at Kogi State University, Anyigba from 2005 to date.
