Stan Johnson este un pastor prezbiterian, cu diplome de la U.C. Berkeley, Princeton Theological Seminary, the University of Notre Dame ¿i Louisville Theological Seminary. El a avut apreciere o de-o viä¿ pentru Scripturi, iar mai târziu pentru teologia protestant¿/reformat¿ (Calvin, Bonhoeffer ¿i Barth), combi apoi cu o apnat¿reciere pentru folosirea limbii grece¿ti a Noului Testament timp de 40 de ani. A p¿storit în California, Indiana ¿i Massachusetts, iar înainte de ordinare, a slujit printre studen¿ii universitari din California de Sud. Cu un grup restrâns, în iarna lui 2017 a înfiin¿at Shepherd to Shepherds, pentru a oferi pastorilor resurse ¿i reîmprosp¿tare într-un cadru de formare.
