Alexis Parks is a graduate from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where she double-majored in Business Administration and Studio Arts. Bringing this book to life has been a dream come true for her. She grew up admiring Nilo Santiago's art and listening to his stories. During the hours she spent photographing Mr. Santiago's work and assembling each page, she learned more about him than she could have imagined."Nilo Santiago is an amazing artist and has lived a truly impressive and fulfilling life.
