Claudia Nario is a licensed clinical psychologist, with a master's degree in organizational behavior, and more than 25 years of experience using personality models in leadership development. She is currently conducting doctoral research on the impact of personality on leadership effectiveness. She has been a business executive, university professor, consultant, coach and trainer, working with organizations all around the worldHugo Kruger is a licensed psychologist, holding master's degrees in Mental Health, Social Cs, D.O. and Conflict Mediation, with more than 25 years of experience teaching postgraduate and MBA programs at various universities. He works as a consultant and coach, advising executives and organizations in Europe and America. He has published two novels, La Sombra del Padre (The Shadow of the Father) and Las Tumbas de Piedra (The Stone Tombs).
