It is available in several dosage forms from manufacturers as tablets, capsules, solutions, injections, and patches. Along with broad spectrum activity, it's reported adverse effects such as Nausea, diarrhea, edema, hypertension, chest pain, Head-ache, fever, dizziness, rash, pruritus, hypertriglyceridemia, and hypokalemia.
