Kunal Gupta, BDS (Delhi University, India), MDS (Manipal University, India), is a specialist in pedodontics and preventive dentistry. He is a consultant pediatric dentist at the Children's Dental Center, Gurugram India, where he has employed nitrous oxide to facilitate the delivery of dental care for most of his pediatric patients clocking more than 12000 hours. Besides heading one of the advanced pediatric dental centers in India, Dr. Gupta has been involved in teaching and mentoring young dentists as a faculty in dental colleges. Dr. Gupta has worked on several research projects and is the author of numerous journal articles and book chapters. He has delivered many national and international presentations. Dr. Gupta takes a special interest in managing children with special needs. Dimitrios Emmanouil, DDS, MS (Marquette University), Ph.D. (Athens University), Epidemiology Cert. (Harvard University) is Assistant Professor at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Dental School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece and visiting senior lecturer, King's College Dental Institute, London, UK.  For more than 10 years, he has been adjunct Assistant Professor at the Washington State University, School of Pharmacy, where he did extensive research on nitrous oxide pharmacology, winning awards from AAPD, IAPD and ASDA. His publications have more than 500 citations and he has coauthored chapters in pediatric dentistry and special care textbooks. He delivers  lectures internationally on nitrous oxide, special care dentistry, and behavior modification. He is the clinical director of Dental Kids; a group of dental practices in Europe and has treated thousands of children. He has served as the president of the International Association of Dentistry for Disability and Oral Health and is the national director of Special Smiles- Special Olympics, Greece.  Amit Sethi, BDS, MDS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Manipal University, India), DDS (University of Toronto) is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Boston, USA. Before this, he practiced as a dentist in Canada where he used nitrous oxide extensively in managing both pediatric and adult patients. He was a recipient of the Joseph Harker Johnson Scholarship for excellence in clinical Oral Surgery and Anesthesia at the University of Toronto, Canada.  Dr. Sethi is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow, UK.
