Rhonda Voss was born and raised in Cleveland County, North Carolina. Now one of the top Avon Executives in the country, she has taken the hardships of her life and turned tragedy into triumph and tears into terrific. These days, she divides her time between her business, her family, and her foundation which offers support to abuse victims.
