Rob McKay is one of New Zealand's leading authorites on the process of employee recruitment. He's the founder of AssessSystems Aust/NZ Ltd, an Auckland-based consultancy that provides online recruitment management systems and employee assessments (psychometric testing) to companies committed to hiring the best people. Rob has a BA in Business Psychology and an MA (Hons) in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from Massey University, but combines his knowledge with many years of hands-on business experience. He spent more than 25 years owning and managing radio stations in Australia and New Zealand - an an industry dependent on people performance.
