Autorenporträt
During the summer when I was seven, I broke my arm. Now being seven and down an arm is bad enough but losing out on summer was even worse. During this time, I wrote my first piece of writing outside of homework, a poem. It was about the wind, fit on one small piece of paper, and I still have it. It's cleverly titled "The Wind." Well, I didn't actually write it because my arm was in a cast, so my mom wrote it down for me.Little did I know this would be the beginning of my writing career. Fast forward a bunch of years, and now I've written and published six books, and I'm working on my seventh. It's still the only poem I've ever written. Unless you count the lyrics to "With You" and "All Your Tomorrows" from my Rocked in Love Series. Even though they're songs, they're kind of poem-y. Or not. Romance that's heartfelt, hopeful, and hot!
