V. Livshits, born on February 1, 1946. Lives in Nof ha Galil (Israel). Graduated from History Faculty of Mogilev State Pedagogical University, Postgraduate School of Belarusian State University. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), author of 100 books on philosophy, history of agrarian education, local lore, Jews in Belarus. Honorary professor of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy. Member of the Belarusian Union of Writers.
