"The night is the time for contemplation, for satisfying desires . . . some of us seek it, we hunt for it . . . we are nocturnal." Come and walk on the wild side with Catherine Harford, as she steps into the undercover of night, and explores the darker side of human nature. In this gritty collection of poems, Harford abandons niceties and goes rogue, allowing the shadowy heart of matters to find it's place in the spotlight. Strap yourself in, the pedal's to the metal. Brace yourself for a wild ride, out beyond the back of midnight, deep in the witching hour, where shadows fall.

Catherine Harford is an artist, poet and writer living in Wollongong, south of Sydney, Australia, with her husband and her two children. Wollongong is Dharawal Country, the traditional lands of the Dharawal people and she honours their nation, both past, present and future. She produces a variety of art, which includes music and video production as well as her penchant for drawing and painting. She has travelled and lived extensively through-out Australia, and she draws on this experience for much of her inspiration when she writes and makes art. She is the published author of the non-fiction work "They Gave Me Truth" and the collection of poems, "Under Moon and Sun", "American Creek" and "Nocturnal". Technically Catherine is also a light worker, a healer, a medium and comes from Alien descent, but she tends to keep all of that under her witch's hat.
