Toshio Sei has collected Japanese kokeshi dolls, Japanese picture kites, lacquerware, and Western fine art prints for forty years. Since 1993, he has collected Zuni fetishes and antique mosaic jewelry. He and his wife live in Ube, Yamaguchi, Japan.
