The sample frame was drawn from the sample population of Small Business Holders within Eldoret Municipality. Systematic Sampling, Stratified Sampling and Purposive Sampling techniques were integrated during the process.Descriptive and inferentials statistics were used to present the findings. The findings of the study showed that finance was not the key factor affecting and leading to the collapse of MSEs within the study area.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Nairobi.
