Fidèle Bukasa Kabwe wurde am 4. Mai 1989 als Sohn von Lehrern geboren. Er ist Wissenschaftler und hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Friedenserziehung am Institut Supérieur de Pastorale Familiale erworben. Er hat einen guten missionarischen Hintergrund.
